How to stay connected to your soul
If we breathe (consciously, continuously) and seek clarity through connection, we will consistently allow ourselves to feel our soul’s opinion, and be constantly inspired.
Many people – philosophers through the ages – have realised that this is the aim, but few have realised the breath’s connection with our soul. Nobody else’s opinion is important because it is only me, or you, the individual, that has access to their soul, and therefore what feels right for them in any given situation. This is not a one-off action. We have to attend to this connection all day, every day. With practice it becomes normal. Of course, had we not been trained to ignore our feeling connection in the first place, we would be aware of our soul’s position in every situation: and we’d have been doing it all along!
