How can I feel closer to my soul?

There are many practices that through the ages have been used to feel closer to our soul. They are done to achieve a sense of peace and connectedness, which enables us to be more sensitive both to ourselves and others, and make use of the intuition that comes frequently and readily to us. I was a little annoyed when I realised that all my brilliant ideas didn’t come directly from me but had been imported! Now I believe that the me is my soul and so I reclaim ownership of my ideas, all is well …

Simple ways to do this are by focussing on something repetitive such as our breath, or heartbeat. With practice this can be done in busy and even noisy places.

You will know when you have mastered it, when it is easy and it feels good.
